The Force takes the West Division of 2008 Region I Colonial League

The Colonial League gave the Force a chance to play teams that they wouldn’t normally come up against.  The boys showed their talent on the field coming out on top with a record of 5-1-1.  Even  though we tied for first place in the WAPS League, we advance by winning head to head and knocking out Beadling, the New York State Cup Champion.  The Force will now play the winner of the East Division, SAC from Columbia, MD in the Region I Colonial League Championship game.

2008 PA Dutch Red Rose Classic
May 3rd and 4th, for the second year in a row the Force takes the Championship at the local Red Rose Classic Tournament.   Ending the 2008 Classic with a record of 4-0-0.
The Force Advances to Semi-Finals of Indoor State Cup 2008
Saturday, January 26, 2008 the U-16 Lanco Force went up against FC Revolution winning 3-1.  Garnet Valley lost to the Force 3-0.  The Force was really on their game.  Facing their third opponent V/E winning 7-1.  With the three wins the Force advanced to the semi-finals.
Force Takes Fall Classic
The Lanco United Force won the Hempfield Fall Classic November 18, 2007.  The Force advanced to the championship by tying FC Delco Cup 0-0 and with wins over FC Pittsburgh Strikers and Chesapeake United by identical 2-0 scores.  The Force faced thePittsurgh Strikers in the Championship game and tied 1-1 in regulation.  The Force won the game (and the championship 6-5 on penalty kicks.
LANCO U15 Boys Advance in First Round of the NCS State Cup Competition

 

The Lanco Force boys defeated the Philadelphia Stallions in double overtime 2-1, April 1, at the PSC complex.  The Force will play PA Classics in the Second Round of the NCS State Cup Sunday April 22nd, 3:00 PM at the Classics Home Site.

The Force take Second at EPYSA 2007 Indoor State Cup Tournament January 20th.
The team went 3-1 with wins over USTA, UGH, an PA Classics and a loss to Lehigh Valley to finish second in the State Indoor Cup championships at the Iron Lakes Indoor Soccer Complex.
