A third U11 Girls Tryout will be held behind Red Rose Arena on Wednesday, May 14th at 6:00 PM. U10’s and U11’s are eligible for this team.  Participants should arrive by 5:45 to sign-in/register.  Please bring a ball and a drink along to the session.  In case of inclement weather, check this website by 5:00 PM for an update.

The LANCO United U16 Boys team, coached by Pete Bournelis, were crowned Champions of the Premier Division at the 2007 Hempfield Fall Classic. They defeated the Pittsburgh Strikers on penalty kicks to bring home the title.  The boys went 3-0-1  en route to the championship.

The U17 Boys, coached by Ryan Hough, also made the finals where they fell just short of the title losing to Coventry while playing up a division in the U18’s.  The team went 2-1-1 on the weekend.

The U13 Boys, coached by Drew Wiley, also made the finals where they dropped a close 1-0 decision in the final. Their record for the two-day event was 2-2.

Shawn Weaver - McDANIEL UNIVERSITY - Has played in 10 of 18 games for the Green Terror.

Mark Zurbrick - GENEVA COLLEGE - Has started 15 of 16 games for Geneva.

Tyler Anderson - MISERICORDIA - Has started all 15 games at defender.

Mat Chevrollier - TEMPLE UNIVERSITY - Started last 11 of 18 games at center midfield.

Dan Evans - EAST STROUDSBURG - Has started 15 games and has 4 points for the 14th-ranked Warriors.

Austin Good - CARNEGIE-MELLON - Has started all 18 games at defender.

Matt Hess - UMASS - Has played in 11 games as a freshman for the Minutemen.

Bryan Hogan - UMASS - Led the team in scoring for the second consecutive season.

Andrew Kontra - RUTGERS UNIVERSITY - Continues his recovery from knee surgery.

Davey Miller - WEST CHESTER UNIVERSITY - Is 2nd on the team in scoring with 17 points.

Zach Weaver - WEST CHESTER UNIVERSITY - Has started 18 of 19 games at defender for the Rams.
